They even sewed on a new button for a suit without charging me, they just went ahead and added a button. They also cleaned paint from my blazer, which I thought was impossible. Plaza Cleaners expertly cleaned a pair of Uggs that had been stained with syrup in streaks. When we picked them up, they looked like brand new! I was surprised that there were no remnants of syrup or anything that looked like it on the boots. Highly recommend this company for all dry cleaning needs, especially making Uggs look fabulous again. Fairly priced, less expensive than buying new Uggs for sure. Friendly service as well. Very impressed.

This cleaners is by far the best in the area. First of all, the service is just great! The manager, Renay, is very personable and friendly. My clothes always come back perfectly as well. They replace buttons if they are missing or broken, the express bag drop off is convenient. You really won't find a better place in this area.

I was staying in Minneapolis last week for a few days and needed to get some shirts laundered. I dutifully put then in the plastic laundry bag provided by my Hampton Inn in Maple Grove. I took them to the front desk and was told in excruciating detail why they haven't been able to provide this service for their guests for two years. So I did a quick Google search and made a couple of calls and found Plaza Cleaners. A really nice guy (who I'm pretty sure is the owner) answered and said they provide same day service (which is pretty hard to find these days). I just had to drop them off by 10 am and they would be ready by 5. They open at 7 and close at 7. It's great to find a reliable, convenient place like this when you're traveling.

My recent experience with Plaza Cleaners, Maple Grove, is the best I’ve ever had with a dry cleaning business! I needed a suit cleaned, and remembered seeing Plaza Cleaners in passing. I was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter with kind, cheerful & informed customer service. My questions were confidently answered, and I was offered an online coupon to use on pick up. Upon pick up, my suit looked great, and experienced that same great customer service! Returning home, I took a closer look and a pant leg cuff on suit had been repaired at no charge! Brought my bridesmaid dress in a day before I was in wedding (after picking up at a different dry cleaners expecting it to be clean and free from a few stains but was I. Way worse condition then when I dropped it off). I contacted Plaza cleaners in a panic and they welcomed me in calmly, rushed my dress and got out all the stains that had been intensified from the other dry cleaner. They rocked! Had a 4 hour turnaround for a very reasonable price! I will return for sure in the future for my next dry cleaning needs!! Thank you!!
